This was a huge Experimental Collaboration project, where people from different University years, professionals and friends, of one of our lectures, Derek Hayes created. it tells the mythological story of Perseus, who beheads Medusa, then goes on the run with Medusa head in a Duffel bag. Everyone was given the same script, but a different scene, so when it is finally put together, makes one huge story about Perseus.
We were given the prison scene, which was only 30 seconds long, on the script, but it was the only one with stop Motion Animation, as the experimental material, so we went with it. Unfortunately, this part of the script wasn't that Interesting, so we tried our best to make something out of nothing. Despite this, I felt we all did a fantastic job on the film, and the sound/Foley was very Influential in creating the tension seen within that scene. hopefully, in the future, we get to see the whole film completed. I would also like to animate on more stop-motion films, in later years. Hope you enjoy the film if you haven't watched it yet.
